10 STEPS TO PURCHASING A “HUXHOLD HOME”

 

STEP #1 - LAND: Acquire land or purchase one of our lots.  Our PRIME REALTY GROUP sales associates can assist you with this process.

 

STEP #2 - SITE EVALUTION:  Builder will do a site visit and project total site cost in the preparation of your new home.

 

STEP #3 - FLOOR PLAN:  Select a floor plan from our 100 plus in house plans or you may choose to go with one of your own plans or ideas.  We are a custom builder, so using the latest technology we can modify our existing plans or customize one of yours with quality and affordability in mind.

 

STEP #4 - OPTIONS & UPGRADES: Select your interior and exterior design features and elevation options.  

 

STEP #5 - PRICE: Arrive at total project cost from start to finish.  Our base price includes all items listed on Custom Specification Sheet.  If needed, we offer numerous options & upgrades to fit your needs and style.

 

STEP #6 - AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT: Agree to terms, sign agreement and deposit $2000.00 with builder to start customizing drawings.

 

STEP #7 -  SELECTIONS: Select colors for interior and exterior.

 

STEP #8 - FINANCING: First speak to one of our PRIME REALTY GROUP agent for a FREE Comparative Market Analysis to find out how much equity you have in your current residence.  Then speak to one of our affiliate lenders to structure a financing package that best suits your situation.  You can use the equity in your current home to start the construction of your new home.  For an additional fee and with a 20% deposit we can provide turn key end loan financing packages.

 

STEP #9 - REVIEW & APPROVAL: Review & approve final drawings, make final changes and additions, finalize color selections, deposit an additional $3000.00 and schedule home for production.

 
STEP #10 - FINAL: Once you are satisfied with your new home, we then receive your final 10% payment and we hand you the keys to your new home.  It is that simple, no cost over runs!  We will be within 2% of the budgeted contract price GUARANTEED!!!
